The Information Society Innovation Fund (ISIF) is a grants and awards
program that aims to stimulate creative solutions to ICT needs in the
Asia Pacific region.
2012 ISIF program

This year, there are four new categories for ISIF projects. Applications for ISIF Awards and Grants are now open for initiatives in the following areas:
– Innovation on access provision – Innovation on learning and localization – Code for the common good – RightsISIF Grants and Awards are given on the basis that they align with the funding categories and eligibility criteria of that particular initiative. Applicants are encouraged to seek further clarification on the difference between ISIF Grants and Awards if necessary.

The ISIF Secretariat is pleased to announce the launch of a new website for the ISIF.asia program. The new and improved site features easier online application procedures, social media updates, and detailed information on the ISIF Grants and Awards programs.

The expansion of the ISIF program means that project teams chosen to receive a 2012 ISIF Grant will receive up to AUD 30,000! Candidate projects will be implemented in a period of six to twelve months.

Projects that have already been implemented, or are in the final stages of implementation, may be nominated for an ISIF Award. The ISIF Awards recognize projects that are outstanding in their categories. The Award is up to AUD 3,000 to support continuation of the project.
