Avinash Kuduvalli
Avinash is a designer, developer, communications consultant and teacher based in Bangalore, India. When he's not cooking, eating obsessively or mothering his dog Iris, he works in the tech team at APC as the Online Capacity Building and Technical Specialist at APC and teaches undergraduate courses in digital content strategy, web development, content marketing, and digital storytelling, focusing on fostering collaborative and self-directed learning. He has worked with nonprofits, publishing houses, and small businesses in web design, development, and communications. Avinash holds a Master’s in Design in Education and a Bachelor’s in Media Studies, Literature, and Psychology.
Purpose of position
The Online Capacity Building Specialist and Technical Support is responsible for providing technical support to APC staff in their daily use of applications and systems needed for their work individually, in their teams and the organisation as a whole. Their play a crucial role in supporting online capacity building activities, both internally and externally. They are also the liaison with the MEL team and supporting them with the technical infrastructure. As a member of the APC technical team they share responsibility for the development and maintenance of all relevant policies, procedures and supporting documentation as needed.
