Karel Novotný
Karel lives in a small town on the Portuguese coast. His background is in sociology with a focus on migration, and he is currently the APC membership and network development manager.
Purpose of position
To lead APC’s membership and network development strategy and provide oversight and coordination for the work of the Network Development (NetDev) team .
