The general theme of this report is the process and outcomes of the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), with special focus on internet governance, censorship and human rights issues, as well as on the Ugandan way forward.
The report comprises the presentations made at two seminars, the Ugandan one mentioned and a Swedish one, arranged in Uppsala, Sweden, October 3, 2005, called “WSIS, Internet Governance and Human Rights”.
